The chalet is arranged over three stories and is situated on a 1,000 m² plot. It underwent a complete renovation between summer and Christmas 2010, resulting in a sophisticated blend of classic alpine charm and contemporary design. The renovation was conducted in collaboration with a renowned interior designer, incorporating purpose-built woodwork, a custom kitchen, and stylish finishes throughout. The property can be divided into two separate apartments: one with 6 rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet; the other with 2.5 rooms. Each apartment has its own entrance and kitchen.
